  • Driven Interactive Sports Lounge provides sports simulators, lounge seating, food, beverages, and event services.

  • Access to our website and use of our services is intended for individuals 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • By entering our venue or booking online, you agree to abide by our rules and policies.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Simulator bays, event spaces, and party packages may require advanced booking.

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Food & Beverage Service

  • Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcoholic beverages.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted without prior approval.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is disruptive.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions.

  • Driven is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of simulators, games, or equipment.

  • Any damage to property caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges to the guest.

  • We maintain a family-friendly environment; abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Events & Private Bookings

  • Event bookings may require deposits and signed agreements.

  • Special requests (catering, décor, extended hours) must be arranged in advance.

  • Driven reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
