At Driven Interactive Sports Lounge, we’re committed to creating a fun, energetic, and safe environment for all of our guests. Whether you’re here to play, celebrate, or relax, these guidelines help ensure everyone has the best experience possible.

🏌️ Simulator Safety

  • Always follow staff instructions when using golf or racing simulators.

  • Only the designated player should stand inside the simulator bay when in use.

  • Keep food, drinks, and personal items outside of active play areas.

  • Do not swing clubs or handle equipment outside of the designated play zones.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using simulators.

🏎 Racing Simulator Safety

  • Adjust your seat and harness before starting to ensure comfort and control.

  • Wait for the simulator to fully stop before exiting the seat.

  • Keep hands and feet on the equipment while in motion.

  • Do not intentionally misuse the steering, pedals, or VR equipment.

🎯 Other Games & Lounge Safety

  • Use proper caution when playing pool or darts.

  • Be aware of your surroundings and respect other guests’ space.

  • Play responsibly and take breaks as needed.

🍸 Food & Beverage Safety

  • Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcoholic beverages.

  • Please drink responsibly — staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed without prior approval.

👥 Behavior & Conduct

  • Respect fellow guests and staff — no disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Aggressive or reckless actions that put others at risk will result in removal from the premises.

  • We aim to maintain a family-friendly, community-driven environment.

🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Driven is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Equipment, seating, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly.

  • Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the venue.
